I heard a lot of good things from Testerkorea, mainly how good their service is and the ridiculous amount of samples they give you.
Well unfortunately I had a bad experience with them!
I have to say though that I did order from TK before and all went smooth, and that this time they had a huge sale during the time I ordered and they changed to a new web store.
So I will take these things into account while reviewing.

I ordered on the 1st of June, a bigger order than usual since it includes some items for Mother and a friend. I chose to go with EMS shipping since we were splitting the cost up between three people and so that I could give it to my friend faster as well.
On the 10th I wrote them an email asking them why my order wasn’t sent yet, they told me that it takes them up to 7 working days to ship out orders not including weekends or holidays, so by the 10th it would have been 6 working days from when I ordered.
On the 17th I received an email from them notifying me that 2 items were out of stock, I could either receive a refund, a replacement or wait another 2-3 days.
This was 11 working days after I ordered.
Since I had waited this long I decided to wait for the items to arrive.
On June 20th they informed me that one of the items was not going to be back in stock, I decided to get it replaced with another item, they assured me that as soon as the other missing item was back in stock they would send it to me immediately.
Note that this is 3 days after they assured me that the items would be back in stock in 2-3 days and 14 working days after ordering.
On June 30th I finally received the email that my goods had been shipped, 20 working days after ordering.


By that time I was both happy and angry that I ordered EMS shipping.
Happy since I knew I didn’t have to wait another 2-4 weeks for me to get the parcel and angry since I decided to pay more than double for shipping to receive the items by the 13th of June.


After this whole ordeal I really expected them to shower me in samples, deluxe sizes, cotton pads and maybe a sheet mask or two.
But nope I got 3 small sample bags, each with 5 samples in them.
That is as much as I would get in other stores for half the amount ordered and a quarter of the waiting time!
I can understand that they had some problems going from their old site to the new, and that they probably got more orders than usual and backed up because of it.
But after so many raves on how many samples they add to the orders, I was very disappointed!

Everything was packaged very well and professionally.

So will I order from Testerkorea again after all of these Shenanigans?
Probably, if they have good sales or some item I can’t get anywhere else.
As I mentioned above I know that they are usually reliable and that they may have had an unusual amount of hick ups this time.
But I am sort of turned off by the whole experience.
Specially since I vouched for them to my friend and Mother, so they would trust me with their money to get them things from this shop.
